Due to Shaya’s appearance on the set of J2US, alongside Lakis Gavalas, Nikos Mouratidis went back in time a bit and revealed his reason for leaving a music talent show.
“So, quiz… what’s the connection between Elena Katrava, who is in production, Shaya and me?” the experienced radio producer and writer first asked, only for Nikos Coclonis to exclaim “Pop Stars” and Shaya to immediately sing “I Know What I’m Asking” in acapella.
“I didn’t leave before the Pop Stars final, I was kicked out. Because I disagreed with the way they were treating the girls,” Nikos Mouratidis meaningfully disclosed for the first time on the air of the new episode of J2US on Saturday night’s OPEN.
“So, in the last two episodes… I don’t exist because I disagreed. I didn’t like the way the girls were treated. That they were even making them pay, how should I put it. They were in debt before the show was over.”
“True,” Shaya was content to add without further elaborating on that report, which we heard on Saturday night’s new episode of J2US on the OPEN program.
