Four people were killed today in Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon , the country’s health ministry said, despite the extension of a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah.

“Two strikes by the Israeli enemy, against a truck and a motorbike, in the community of Yamor al-Sakif, in the province of Nabatiya, caused the death of four people,” a statement from Lebanon’s health ministry said.

Yesterday, six people were killed in Lebanon on the deadliest day of the ceasefire.
