Two ships have crossed the Strait of Hormuz since Iran agreed to open the strategic passage as part of a ceasefire agreement with the United States, according to the website MarineTraffic.

“The Greek-owned bulk carrier NJ Earth crossed the strait at 08h44 UTC, while the Liberian-flagged Daytona Beach, owned by Athens-based Volusia Shipping SA, was preceded at 06h59 UTC, shortly after leaving the port of Bandar Abbas,” according to a company post on X.
