AEK Athens beat Bandalona and go to Final Four

For the second consecutive year, AEK Athens has qualified for the final four of the Basketball Champions League (7-9/5) at the SUNEL Arena.

With huge mental reserves and an incredible upset, the Union won 72-67 against Bandalona, in their third game in the quarterfinals, making the series 2-1 and eliminating the “host” of the final four of the competition.

In the semi-finals (7/5), AEK will face trophy holders, Spanish side Malaga.
