Authorities in Abu Dhabi have responded to a fire caused by a drone attack on an electrical generator outside the inner perimeter of the Barakah nuclear power plant in the Al Dhafra area, the Abu Dhabi Press Office said today.
No injuries were reported from the attack, while radiological safety levels were not affected and the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Authority in Abu Dhabi confirmed that the nuclear power plant’s key systems are operating normally.
