Shock has been caused in Hollywood by the brutal murder of actor James Handy, best known for the films “Jumanji”, “Top Gun: Maverick” and “Taps”.
According to a New York Post report, authorities were rushed to Tarzana, California on Wednesday morning after receiving a call. “I’m the son of man, I just killed the man of sin,” the unidentified man said over the phone.
When police arrived at the house, they found the 81-year-old actor unconscious in the garden with knife wounds.
Handy was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Some time later, 44-year-old Michael Glenthill nodded to officers and told them he was the killer they were looking for, according to a Los Angeles Police Department press release.
Michael Glenthill is the son of Hunty’s partner.
