One of the three accused in the armed raid on a mobile phone shop in Patisia last Wednesday, where they opened fire on an employee, wounding him in the legs, is now in prison.
This is the 30-year-old Greek defendant who was found to be a temporary prisoner after his plea. His two co-defendants, of Albanian origin, were released with restrictive conditions. The two, investigator and prosecutor imposed the restrictive conditions of not leaving the country and mandatory appearance three times a month at the police station in their area.
The three defendants, along with one other person, fled after the armed attack in Patissia, followed by a chase with the police, who arrested them in Kifissos. The fourth perpetrator managed to escape.
The 30-year-old man claimed during his apology that the employee was shot by the wanted perpetrator.
