Increased security measures will be implemented at tonight’s EuroLeague Final Four final in OAKA, with the Greek Police making it clear that there will be no tolerance for violations of security and control procedures.
Entrance to the stadium will only be allowed to fans who have a personalised ticket and an official identification document, with the details fully identified. At the same time, specific gathering points and organized movement of fans of both teams to the OAKA have been established.
The announcement of the EL.AS.:
“In view of today’s Final Four final, we inform fans that strict security checks will be carried out when entering the stadium.
Entrance will only be permitted to those in possession of a valid ticket and a valid ID card or other legal identification document, the details of which must match the details of the ticket holder.
It is noted that any attempts to violate security rules in any way, as well as any action aimed at circumventing the prescribed control procedures, will not be tolerated.
It is recalled that in cases of improper cooperation or collusion with persons responsible for the controls at the entrances, as well as in any other case of violation of security rules, the sanctions provided for by law will be applied.
We ask that fans arrive on time and cooperate with security personnel and the relevant controllers so that the entrance can be conducted smoothly and safely for all.”
