Three people were wounded in a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle raid on the Russian town of Shebekina and the area around it in the border region of Belgorod, and one in a Russian strike on the Ukrainian town of Dnipro, local authorities on both sides said via Telegram.
Routers news agency noted that it was unable to independently verify the accounts announced by the authorities. Both Moscow and Kiev deny deliberately targeting civilians.
