US President Donald Trump noted that he will ask his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping to “open up” China’s economy more to US companiesduring talks tomorrow Thursday and the following Friday in Beijing.
“I will ask President Xi, an unparalleled leader, to open up China so that brilliant people can work their magic and raise the People’s Republic to an even higher level,” said Mr. Trump, apparently referring to the US business chiefs accompanying him on his trip.
