Taste Altas often publishes lists of foods from around the globe and now, on the list of the best traditional foods, Kontosuvli is featured, which is in the 8th place on the list.
Note that among the top 100 traditional recipes, there is even saganaki in 43rd place, lamb chops in 44th place, bougatsa in 58th place and casserole in 84th place.
The top spot on the list of the world’s best traditional foods is occupied by Vori-Vori. This is a Paraguayan soup made with balls of cornmeal and cheese, cooked in a broth that often includes chicken, vegetables and herbs. Next is the Peruvian dish of scallops with Parmesan cheese, followed by Chinese dumplings.
