Ukrainian drones hit the NORSI refinery located in the Nizhny Novgorod region of central Russia overnight, the commander of Ukraine’s unmanned aerial forces Robert Brovdy said today.
He said other drones hit Russia’s Primorsk port in the Baltic Sea used by Russian oil company Transneft to transport oil abroad.
