Iran’s conditions for ending the war in the Middle East are irrevocable, demanding security guarantees, reparations and changes to the sovereignty of the Strait of Hormuz from the US and Israel.
According to Israel’s Channel 12, Iran has presented its “red lines” for ending the war, signalling that it will not stop attacks unless its demands are met.

Iranian officials are reportedly calling for strong security guarantees to ensure the US and Israel do not go to war again.
As a second condition, Iran wants the Strait of Hormuz to pass under full Iranian control. Tehran is already pushing through the Straits to end the war by blocking the free passage of oil tankers, causing fuel prices to “dangerously” spiral out of control.
Channel 12 also reported that Iran is demanding the closure of US military bases in the Middle East, as well as financial compensation for damages suffered during the war.
According to the same source, Tehran may also be showing some flexibility on negotiations but only behind the scenes.
Channel 12 also flares up that Iran could agree to allow inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency of its nuclear facilities as well as stop funding regional armed allied organisations such as Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Hamas in Gaza.
